In the fast paced modern world social and professional obligations make life a stressful Endeavour. It is this stress conditions which makes a person take refuge with alcohol drinks. However most of the times alcohol himself becomes a problem as you are not able to escape from its clutches and start having an escapist attitude towards life. At present more than 40 million people around the world suffer from the problem of alcoholism. However the biggest problem with alcoholism is that it is not considered a serious problem enough. Most of the people do not even want to put into the category of a disease and consider it as just a bad behavioral trait. But the fact is that it is far more than that. Alcohol is a serious health problem with quite dangerous ramifications to it. It not only affects the person but also his family, his friends and every one around him.
The proper definition of alcoholism is the continuous use of alcohol despite physical and mental difficulties. He might express the desire to quit but he would never be able to do so and also his tolerance to the dreaded liquid increases with time causing more and more serious problem to his health.

The frequency of tantrums increases as the person becomes irritated with even petty things. He builds up virtual enemies around him and has a totally non existent social life.

5 vomiting with blood emission: too much consumption of alcohol might make the body reject the alcohol altogether leading to vomiting in the process. A very heavy drinker would always be susceptible to vomiting as all human beings has a self protection mechanism which tends to eject out everything that it deems unfit for the body.

This is because ethanol one of the purer versions of alcohol contributes to several alcohols related diseases. However alcohol related liver problems does not affect all heavy drinkers also women may be more susceptible than men. This is because alcohol might cause several complications during pregnancy which might harm the child

Complete black outs not remembering any incident during under the influence of alcohol. a person having a high dosage of alcohol has lapses in the central nervous system which might lead to he having momentary memory lapses. As a result he might not remember incidents during under the influence of alcohol.
